On Monday Sept. 5, 2005 JANESVILLE, WI is host to one of the largest Parades in the midwest. Aproximately 200 floats and 200,000 attendees. Time 1:00 -3:00 give or take depending on # of floats.

We start the day at the UAW local 95 hall with a car show and then travel down through the parade route at our specified time. We then return to the union hall for other festivities.

Any one interested just stop on up and enjoy. The parade route is in downtown Janesville (Milwaukee st. to Maine st. around corner then passed the Library at end).

Directions are:
from north: I-90/39 to hwy 26, south on 26 (milton ave) to downtown.

from south:I-90/39 TO HWY 11/ RACINE ST EXIT. follow Racine street to Cherry st. right on Cherry st. few blocks to find parking.

From east or west: follow hwy 11 into downtown (Do not use hwy 11 by pass)
