Group Rate of $39.00 per night reserved under "TriState SSR Run" Make your reservations early (secured by credit card) as soon as you can...only 25 rooms are being held until we are sure we will need more!

Group Coordinator is Rich - but you probably won't need to speak to him. Each reservation is made under the group name and the individual that will be paying for it. Parking is guaranteed to be within the parking structure, in a group, and secured by 24-hour guard. Check in table will be located in the front lobby of the Avi (seeking volunteers to rotate at this table - contact C1Trob).

Everyone on the previous SouthWest and Pacific forum lists will be transfered to this one...if, somehow, I missed you, please let me know. How many are coming with you?...names, names, names, so Lloyd can make name tags.

Plans are being made for a possible day run to Oatman and a few meals together.

If you live anywhere near the Tri State area of AZ / CA / NV, and you have an SSR, you can't miss this event. This is a once in an :ssr lifetime event.
Not to late to sign on to this. We need you and your :ssr .
This event will be covered in three cities alone for news coverage.

It does not get any better than this........ Room rates are great and free secured parking. A saturday run and later in the day a dinner and raffle.
