Hi all,

I finally picked up my SSR yesterday and could not be happier with the vehicle. I had a blast driving it 350 miles home.

Apparently, I'm missing the engine cover insert on my 2006 Redline. Does anyone have one available for purchase?

Additionally, I want to thank Susie & Jim for meeting me at the dealer and hooking me up with all of the goodies I needed as a new SSR owner.

I am told they are all the same except for the paint? Any year should fit your ride? There is a trick to installing them and removing them. View on the how to I would guess?

The BCP satin engine cover insert was standard equipment MY2003-05 on the 1SB model, but not on the 1SA's
In MY2005 the VXM/VXK body colour package option was available. With this RPO the engine cover inserts were BHP - body colour
Yours is not "missing". MY2006 did not have the engine cover insert as an option - many owners just add them
As previously noted, the inserts fit all years

I just sold 1 to S2naz and 1 to Dave Rasmussen. They may want to sell there OE. You would have to paint. Wild Bill's SSR parts has REDLINE ones for $225..

Same part for all four years. As long as the rear slots for the tabs are both intact, it will work just fine.
