What Brand Of Springs Have You Bought To Lower The Front 1" And The Rear 1.5". I Can't Find Eibach, Even The Manufacturer Said It Will Be Late July Before They Will Make Any New Springs. Ground Force Shows 1" In The Front And 1.3" In Rear, Then You Look At The Same Part Number On Another Site And It Shows 1" In Front And 3.3" In Rear, I Don't Want To Lower That Much In Rear. And Someone On This Site Posted That Their Ssr Was Lowered That Much In The Rear And They Didn't Like It. Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions? I'm So Confusssseeeeddddddd.

Just installed the Eibachs - 1" front, 1.6 rear. Total time from the first hubcap off was 1 1/2 hours.

Ground force should be 1" front, 1.6 rear also -

I was the first to have EIBACH lower an SSR. They did mine in Nov 03 at their shop in Corona,CA. I was very impressed with engineering that went into this first application and the resulting ride and handling. Yes, it was about an inch in the front and 1.8 in the rear. I have had absolutely no problem with this application and I think the ride is superb.

I think you would be happy with either kit, I went with the ground force, It looks better, Easier to get in and rides as good or better than it did stock

Installation

How hard to install? What did you need in additon to the springs? No fender scrub while cornering because of body roll or off angle inclines?

Thanks For The Info. I'm Having A Hard Time Finding The Eibach Springs, Everyone Says They Have Them But After They Get My Money, Then They Discover That They Are On Back Order Until July. The Ground Force Are Confusing To The Dealers Also I Have Numerous Dealers Tell Me That The Same Part Number Lowers The Rear 1.6 And Then Other Dealers Tell Me That It Lowers It 3.3. I Prefer The Eibach That Was What I Had On My Z28. Oh Well. I Guess I'll Keep Trying To Locate A Set Of The Eibach. Again Thanks For All The Info.

I don't see anything Confusing about the Ground Force, If I had it to do over I would get the Ground Force again, Can't do any better than that
