That looks fantastic!! I wonder how polishing the edge would change the appearance of the light. I really hate sanding to get a polished edge, so I have done it with a propane torch. Timing is everything when doing a flame polished edge.

I think I have 1/2” thick piece of plexiglass in my material stockpile. What is the width and height needed to build one of these? I would take my own measurements, but mine is in the shop for a while.

And did you use a rubber channel molding along the bottom to hold the LEDs in place and minimize light leakage along the bottom? If so, where did you source that from? Thanks!!
