Maggie Valley

I suggested to Andy that an elevator to the second floor would be a nice addition. Don't think he will go for it though. We left out around 8:30 or so and was back in Sunset Beach around 3:30.


Did anyone get info on the official count as to how many SSRs showed up this time.????????????????

Home at $ PM, took long way back to Raleigh. Awesome Rally, thank you Mike & Linda and everyone who helped.

Home safe and sound........drove stright thru......arrived home at 2;30 this morning,,,,,,,,no problems,,,,,,,Jake was glad to see me.....Pam slept thru the event.....lololololololol

Just for everyones info,,,,,,I will start a new thread for all my photos..... I will try and upload them maybe tomorrow or Wednesday for sure.....need a little time to decompress from all the fun I had there,,,,,,,Thanks Mike and Linda and all who helped make this the best one yet.....

This was my first event and Lisa & I enjoyed it immensely. Even though I tore my bicep and she was suffering with horrid allergies we made the most of it and the SSR family are wonderful people to get to know. I also have a ton of photos and a few videos of the Dragon ride but I'm not sure how to post those. We also drove all 15 hours back home (2 stuck in traffic in NY) to CT and look forward to next year and hopefully a couple in between.

THANKS!!! Michael and Linda for on great Maggie Valley Rally and all the Helpers..."THANKS AGAIN" Started the R up at 3:15a.m. great ride home got there about 2:40p.m. no trouble "THANKS the LORD" Prayed all had a safe trip home

I actually want to take the Blue Ridge Hywy next time or just for fun on the way to the Dragon Tail again. I'm going to try and convince my brother to go in his Pontiac Solstice and make a week of it. Maybe in the fall. Would be great to have a few R's join! Or just meet up with some there.

SuperChargeYellow, Elaine and I took three more days in and around Asheville, we got home yesterday with no trouble.Well except for the traffic on I65 .......yuk! It was just wonderful to see all of the R's and Elaine's favorite......The "Tail of the DRAGON" is just "The Best Ever" road . Thank You to all who help make this happen......Paul V.
