Everything is coming together. On the itinerary list there are a few owners that have not committed. Please review it so I can have a fairly accurate headcount. I will be handing out info supplied by the Camber/Tourists committee at the Meet & Greet. Feel free to notify me with any questions. I was given this place to visit in Rapid City. The Hot Rod institute. Little less than a hour from Deadwood. Meet & Greet time is 5:00 at the Lodge, Sunday June 6th.

Here is the problem. If someone cancels, that room goes back into the general pool and is open to the next person that calls. If I am notified when someone cancels I can call right away or contact the person on the waiting list and reserve that room. Right now I have 6 rooms under my name for other attendees.

I feel really bad that our Canadian members are trapped and can't get out. As of May 1 only THREE PERCENT of Canadians are fully vaccinated. 10% of what it was in USA at 31%.
