There was a new post started here yesterday under the SSR General Discussion entitled "USA Today" article. It was news about GM's current problems with specific info. on the over production of SSR's and Rick Wagoner's comments on the subject. There were 4 or 5 posts including mine which quoted the article with emphasis on just how much trouble GM is in. Late last night the moderator "moved" this USA Today thread to the SSR Parts for Sale site. I could maybe see moving the thread to SSR in the News but to the SSR Parts for Sale? Ironic that this particular forum (Parts For Sale) has the fewest number of posts and viewers, isn't it. Maybe this is a form of censorship for anyone that dare posts facts and figures showing GM's current dire financial and sales difficulties. Why in the world would a USA Today article be moved to the Parts for Sale Section? Inquiring minds want to know.

I moved it into the wrong forum by mistake.

HI Red,

Thank you for pointing that out... I had accidentally dragged and dropped into the forum just below it. FYI: I had truly intended on moving that thread into the "SSR in the News" forum. In no way would I ever intentionally try to hide or cover up any bad press that GM gets.

Now hang on to your hat…

YES... I do believe that a lot of the criticism GM has been getting lately is definitely justified!

Hey Marc you are only human. (I think) :) We all do make mistakes. That is part of life.

RedTN.SSR,

I am glad to see you are on top of things some of use including me would have missed that.

Marc, Fair Enough!

Marc, I appreciate your quick response and honest answer. Couldn't ask for more than that. That's the main reason I questioned the move to the hinterlands. You and Buffy have always been above the board in every matter I've seen posted here, even my often candid input about GM. I'm so glad, but not shocked, that the move was a honest mistake and not an intentional conspiracy! I'll sleep better tonight but I am still somewhat concerned about the "grassy knoll" scenario.

HI Red,

Thank you for keeping your eye out for my mistakes and for your quick response back to this thread too.

I know for some it seems because I work at GM that I always want to talk about only the good vs. the bad. Unfortunately I have not a lot to say about the news of late. :nodno

That will only get you the new posts if you visit every day!!!

If you miss a day or 2, you can select "New Posts" which will show you every post that you have not read. But you do have to be careful, because if you take longer than 30 minutes to read the posts, the program can get confused and mark some things you have not read as read and you could miss something important....but not like this post.... :lol

When I come to this site I click ACTIVE TOPICS then LAST DAY. So I see all new posts, it makes no diff what forum it's in for me.
If you just hit "new posts" it will bring up all the posts you haven't read. This is good if you come here several times a day. You then don't see the ones you already read.
