I saw a few SSR's when I entered last years show (I was the only one entered) at Morro Bay. I'm not entering this year - but would like to go on Saturday to hang out. Anybody else heading that way???

If you want to go to a great car show on May 7th, go to Oroville, CA about 50 miles North of Sacramento. This show is a real sleeper. It has about 500 cars and has that small town appeal. Plus it is only $15.00 at the gate. There are already 5 best of show winners that will be there. You will be happy you went. :cool :cool

Man that oroville shows great - but it seems like it's been a month of Sundays since I've see the beach... If it doesn't rain this weekend - I might get my beach run out of the way - and consider Oroville. Any other SSR'ers doing to Oroville?

Keith, just heard the weather, rain beginning tonight and all weekend. Sandi and I are going to Cambria on Sat, 30th, for lunch. If you would like to join us, I'm treating.

Couldn't stand it - braved the RAIN (lots of it) and went Saturday... Skippers in Cayucos for fish and chips! Did Grover Beach to Cambria cruise - hardly got out of the SSR, it was really coming down!

Looks like the series of storms coming in tomorrow will let up on Saturday. I'm HEADIN' to the beach... :cool

Was looking for Amtrak photo spots - ended up south to Corcoran. Thats one BIG prision they have there! Cool station...

Looks like Saturday was the day to go!!!

It's already sprinkling today...


Lots of great photo ops on our journey... Morro Bay Car Show was as big as usual. Did a lot of Hwy 1 time since I didn't enter the show this year - saw only one other SSR (Aqua) - which was parked - in a hotel underground parking - couldn't even see the color!

Almost correct - just needed a red one - where were you?!

We'll have to do a beach gathering of SSR's - I'm sure all the OTHER colors look almost as good w/ the Pacific in the background!
