FYI - Tolbert's is a chili parlor in Grapevine, TX. Frank X Tolbert, Sr's daughter, Kathleen Tolbert Ryan along with her husband, Paul Ryan are owners. The Ryans help run the Terlingua Championship Chili Cookoff (charitable ALS disease donations) in Texas. Started by Frank X Tolbert's and some guy named Carol Shelby, who was a x-Texas chicken rancher and sometime car builder. Their chili- NO BEANS and donkey tails are GREAT! 😘
