Still combing through our recently acquired SSR. Found this part loose down in the LH hinge box of the tailgate. Have no idea from where it came or even if it belongs to the SSR. The photo on the right shows that it has a cavity on one side. There is a number stamped inside -- 21381 - however I cannot find it listed as a GM part number.
Any ideas?

These are the plastic cap ends for the 2 accessory rails mounted along the top area of bed. They sometimes don't stay in well, I think I just removed and kept mine off.

Thanks. I had one too, and also wasn't sure if it belonged to the truck or not. If I ever see it again, I'll know what to do with it.
