Here is a sample of the name tags I have been making for our get togethers. It makes a big difference when the groups start getting a little bigger. I know I have a hard time remembering names and I'm sure some of you do also. I used an SSR Fanatic business card and re-sized it to 2.25 X 3.5 to fit the pin-on name badge holders I bought at Staples.

Lloyd:

Great idea! Still have not had time to start building my console adapter... Hope to get to it soon. Did have some custom paint done to my slingshot and just received the yellow running boards today. I guess that means I will have a set of stock running boards for sale soon! I had my door handles painted yellow and have also ordered the chin spoiler from Axiom. Unfortunately a big rig did some major damage to my front fender and grill, in a parking lot , last Thursday so I will be off to the body shop again! As soon as I get the damage repaired I will post some pictures...

Keep up the great work with new idea's eh?

Great job there lloger! I agree that it is great to see someones name tag... sure makes it a lot easier to remember everyones names. BTW: I will remember your wife's name because it is the same as my wifes. :lol

Blank copy

Hi Machel, I will attach my blank copy and all you have to do is save it, and then open it in your photo software, I use photoshop, and then use the text feature and type in the name. After I type in the name I save the card to my desktop, and then click on edit and click on ' step backward'. That erases the name and you're ready to type in the next name.

If you put them in pin-on name badge holders, you won't have to laminate them. I keep a list of the ones I've made and when we have a get together, I check the list of the people going against the list of name tags I've made, and make up new ones for the new people. Pretty soon I should have name tags for everybody in our area, then I won't have to make anymore.
