I don't know how many of you were like me, visiting Chevy's website 4 or 5 times a week looking for updates. After months with nothing changed, I stopped visiting it. I was very surprised today to find that it is finally worth going to. Of course if you've been following this board for a while you know all the info there, but it's nice to see that they have finally done something. I did see pictures of the integrated side storage system, which I had not seen before, kind of looks silly to me. Same with the cargo net.

I was interested in the storage compartments just to keep stuff from rolling around. I need to see one 'live' before I decide.

My wife says the cargo net works great to keep groceries from rolling all over the place, just like in the C5's. (I'm still trying to figure out where all those groceries go.... I can't remember the last time we are in the kitchen!)

Toy Truck: There is a black one at RK Chevrolet in VB that has the side storage saddlebags. I think they look ridiculous and take up most of the trunk/truck bed area, leaving little or no room for anything other than a shaving kit. Each to his own, but they do have em on their black one. This truck does look awesome in every color, especially black.

I got the saddle bags. I like them. It keeps my stuff in one place and perfect to store your handgun or rifle (I think It will fit, I have not tried yet). I will post pictures soon, once I get tired of driving it and my hand warms up. Been driving with the top down and heater turned up. My tushy is warm though:cheers
