I think that I posted this before, but the pictures wern't working.
Any way, after much thought,I bit the bullet & got new seat covers.
I am very pleased with the fit & the looks.
Thanks to Barry Paterson for the inspiration.
That really looks great.

Good move Johnny! That probably looks much better than your 160 MPH Porsche seats

Yes, who was the manufacturer? I visited the Katskins website and the SSR is not in their selectable inventory (nor is the Corvette...?)

you have to call Katzkin directly. They will give you a name of a dealer in your area then you call them and they'll give you a price. They have to install them. Giving a price here in Nashville area $1, 700.

I just had Katzkins installed, Pearl White with Pacific Blue Piping, including Door Panels and Center Console.
Make sure that you go to an experienced Katzkin Installer
that can order the Seats for an SSR. Mine had 20+ years experience.
The first set ordered were cut too skimpy to fit properly.
So, the Installer had Katzkin replace them.
They would not have been replaced had I ordered online.
The installer also improved some of the worn foam seating.
You might want to consider sound proofing the doors and floors at the same time.
Wow, what a difference.
I'm scheduled to replace and soundproof the roof and headliner.
In my opinion, it was well worth it.

Leather or synthetic material???

Leather will allow for air / heat to move through the covered area where as synthetic will not. Could be a comfort issue on long drives in summer. The do look very nice and the installer appears to haver done a quality job. Enjoy.:grin2:

Yes,they are from Katskin, when I contacted them they told me that I would have togo to one of their approved dealer/installers to get details about colors, stitching, etc.
As it turned out the dealer/installer was only about 5 miles from my home,& very good to work with.
