Let's try to keep regional discussion in these sections. In order for them to work we need to make them the primary place to discuss events and regional issues.

While we get them going I think it's fine to start a thread in Regional and then link to it from General for extra exposure. All discussion should take place in the regional thread to avoid confusion.
