This is the itinerary as of this posting and may be subject to change as I am working with the Chamber of Commerce on our show & shine downtown. Sunday, June 6th Meet & Greet 5pm at the Lodge. $15.00 per person. Monday, June 7th Train ride leaves Hill City at 2:30 returns at 4:45. Need to be there by 2:00 pm. $34.00 person. If you want to tour the mechanics/repair shop after ride $6.00 per person. Min of 15 people. Alpine Inn to dinner. The inn has a room available for 60 people. Total seating capacity is 150. After the first 60 setting at 5:00 it is first come first serve waiting in line. I can have another sitting at 6:30 for another 60 people. Other restaurants available in the area but cannot get a hold of anybody right now because they are closed. The other option is driving back to Deadwood and having dinner there. More information on this will follow. The Chamber of Commerce will give me the approval for the show & shine the first of March. Originally I had planned to go to Mount Rushmore on Tuesday but we may have to go Wednesday or Thursday just depending on the dates they give us for our show and shine. Time will be 7:00 to 9:00. In the late afternoon early evening they have a shootout downtown every night. Due to a larger group then I originally anticipated the prices have increased due to taxes, fees and surcharges. The family would love to have you there. If you do a search under No Frills Deadwood you will find plenty of information if you can't find it I'll be glad to help you out with what you're looking for. Just a note the Lodge has no rooms available at this time on Sunday June the 6th. From the 7th through the 11th there are rooms, you would have to stay at another hotel and then come up on Monday to the Lodge if that's what you want to do.Some people are staying down at Cadillac Jack's resort. Just want to warn you when you come to an SSR event expect to have fun. Let me know how you make out so I can put you on the list. Robert.
