Time to get itinerary started. As of December 30th 73 rooms reserved from June 6th to June 11th.10 more on block left at The Lodge. On Sunday June 6th have scheduled a Meet & Greet at 6;00 to 8;pm. Hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic drink. $10.00 per person. The Deadwood Tourist center will give us maps and coupons that I will hand out at that time. The 1880 train schedule planned for Monday June 7th will not be available till mid Jan. The 2020 schedule had the train leave Hill City at 3:00 and return from Keystone at 5:00 The group price was $31.00 per person round trip. When I know exact price I will let you know. The Alpine Inn is a block away from train station. Highly recommend this restaurant and their Filet Mignon. The only problem is we will have to eat at 2 different times 5:15 and 6:30 due to large group. Planned on going to Mt Rushmore as a group on Tuesday at 5:00.to have dinner and see the Illumination. If bad weather we can go another night. Will need a head count for these 4 times (meet & great, train ride, Alpine dinner and Mt Rushmore). We can plan a Show & Shine/swap meet on Wednesday or Thursday evening if weather is favorable. When confirming please give me your last name. Thanks

We are going to do this. Our New Year’s Resolution, get more involved with our SSR family.
However, there are no rooms in the inn.
Please let me know if anyone cancels so we can coordinate with the them and The Lodge to secure their room in our name.
Happy New Years to all y’all!

Working on another motel which is close to the Lodge should have information in a day or two.
