Yeah, that kinda goes along with what they told me when I called two days ago. When I asked about availability, I got a "no problem" response. I could choose the kind of room I wanted.
But considering this event is still 9 months out, another 12 rooms won't last. More people will get interested as we get closer to "show time".

@SWT RYD you did a great job telling us about this event at Branson and the wife said lets do it, so I will book a room tomorrow. Looking forward to making this one.

Yup. I agree. It's an awesome place to hang out for a few days. There was only a few people that expressed interest when I floated the idea so I just kinda let it die on the vine. Maybe 2022???

Maybe next year. I certainly would be interested. I, for one, have never been there.

I think it was kind of that the SoDak had already been floated. 2022 sounds good. It is closer than east rallies for sure. I like these "smaller" occasions. I have been through Taos and went to Sante Fe area rally. How is the housing in that area?

OK, I am confused. We made a reservation from 6/8 - 6/13. Now the post says 6/6- 6/11, however you state the rates from 6/8. When are we supposed to be there? Did you change our reservation or do we have to? HELP!!!

From what I have read in the information, everyone will arrive on 6/6 till 6/11. These are the dates that We have Our reservations for. We will be leaving Texas on 6/4 to Oklahoma, 6/5 to Nebraska and then 6/6 into Deadwood to the Hotel. Hope this straightens things up a bit.

I will wait for the official explanation, but if you made your reservations through the SSR block, it should have been changed to June 6 in to June 11 out. This way there is not a higher rate due to the rodeo in town.

Pete. Sorry for the confusion. Be there on the Sunday June 6th. Originally it was the 8th. Could only get small quantity of rooms because of the Rodeo that weekend. You DO NOT have to call and change. Meet and Greet 6:00 June 6th. I apologise for the mix up. See you there. More information in January. Stay tuned. Robert
