SWT RYD there seems to be a great deal of pent up demand for a get together. Thank you so much for the let work on this.
I MAY still have my kayak trailer and kayaks up there following a family get together at Sylvan Lake immediate prior to this. Could be a possibility/opportunity if some couples want to take a tour around a lake. I will probably take up three two seaters. Since as of right now we are no longer planning on heading west from there, we will probably park them at the lodge during our time there and then haul them back afterward.
Also, in about March or so, I will see if I can set up a thread for people who may want/need something that someone else has and can bring to the event. I know I have a few 'extras' that I don't advertise to sell, but will if someone needs one.

Got my reservation at The Lodge for 6/8-9 and 6/11-12. They did not have a room for 6/10 I am in a double Queen. They made a note that I would like to be there on 6/10 as well so maybe if there is a cancellation I will get it. Lots of time between now and then. Looking forward to this after Maggie Valley, Hopefully on my way to Penticton if it happens.

I assume that you are coming late and staying late? Maybe you can double bunk on the 10th. I checked and we have a king, or that would work for us.

You said you reserved the 8th through the 11th. The start date is the 6th. Did you make reservations at another hotel for the 6th and 7th.

Is there a post on paying for the activities, who to send it to and who has paid? I don't think I have paid for the train ride or deposits on the meal after.
