Hello Dave, the chromes are not a production option on the 03's. As far as the 04's go they are on contraint so there is going to be a problem getting them on some orders. That's what I heard from one of the local dealers! Sorry about missing you earlier this month, I've been pretty busy. Happy Holidays!
