Hi all, I went to a local sign shop and picked up some black vinyl sign material and cut 2 rectangles 5 1/2" X 3 1/4" and applied them over the airbag warnings and it turned out pretty good. It is a shiny black, but that's all he had. I don't know if they make it in a flat black. It definitly looks better than the airbag warning. The nice part is, if you decide to sell or don't like it you can peel it off and you're back to original.

Ghost flames

I'm trying to get some good ones but I have to get just the right light. Trying to take pics of ghost flames is like trying to take pics of a ghost. It's hard to get good ones. I haven't given up though. I'll try to get some posted soon.

lloger, that was a great idea. i just did mine the same way but i was able to get flat black and it looks great. i'm having some made up with SSR on them to see if that looks good or not. i'll let you know how they look.. thanks

lloger, just to let you know, i had SSR put on the flat black patches and they look great.. if you didn't know you would think they were factory installed. thanks for a great idea.

Your're welcome. I'm glad it worked out for you. I'm keeping my eye out for the flat black and when I find it I will probably change mine but for now it is much better than the air bag stickers.
