After changing out stepper motors at Dictator garage with Alex doings the soldering oil gauge was still buried over 80 psi. I took it to a Chevrolet dealership and had them put in a new sending unit. All is good. :banana

Did the gauge do the normal full sweep at startup, return to 0 and then slowly go from 0 to 80 psi and stay there? That is what mine just started doing today.[/

Mine (05) is doing the same thing? Too cold to get out there and fool with it.

Mine was doing that and I changed the oil sending sensor. Oreillys had the part. Do yourself a favor and spend the $10 for the proper socket to change it. A 27mm sorta fits but gets stuck on the sensor. Oreillys sells a sensor socket.
