Hello ALL, this looks to be a great forum and I’m glad to have signed on.

Just bought a 2006 on BAT. I have not picked it up yet but hope to in a week or two. I’m a truck/car guy and have been for…let’s just say a long time.

I love to do the F,B,D, thing and I “think” I’ll be doing a couple thousand mile drive home after picking it up.

I’m sure I’ll have many questions down the road (or on the side of the road) and look forward to getting to know the SSR.

…..BAT, bring a trailer
…..F,B,D, fly,buy,drive

finally picked er up on the 30th in Wichita Kansas, Landed around noon and promptly jumped in and drove to Springfield MO and stayed a couple nights at the Vandivort Hotel, a very cool place! We then headed to West Plains on Hwy 14 ( very nice back road drive) to visit some friends, then hit the road for a 600 run to Clinton Tennessee. I am very surprised at how well the car drives and handles, I ran it fairly hard on the trip running at 85-90 mph, 19.2 mpg. It’s a very enjoyable truck I must say ! More later after we head to Guntersville AL.
Lookin' Good, 1950 Panel . . .
