About 4 PM, going north on Rte 352 in Delaware County in a torrential downpour.
Yellow with purple flames, looked familiar, Lancaster County maybe?

No idea, 2 lane road, pouring rain, lots of road spray, just caught a look at the front end, couldn't see the driver or plate. Does he have yellow with purple flames?
