Hey everyone,
I emailed chevrolet today just to see what can be done about Sponge Bob. I received a call back in about two hours from sending it out. WOH! I didn't think it was going to be that quick. They said that they where going to call the dealership and get to the bottom of the problem or do what ever they had to do to make me satisfied with my new vehicle. They immediatley asked my VIN and POC for my service rep.
Suddenly I am starting to feel alot better now. The man on the phone gave me a reference number and his extension. He said he will call me back next week after he speaks with the dealership!

I purchased an O3 from Houston three weeks ago. I drove it back to Cedar Park and I was hearing an annoying noise from underneath the floor board. I took it into the dealership and they said that they hear the noise, but can't find where it is coming from. They kept him for four days and still could not locate the source of the problem.
I had to replace a few items that either broke or where missing and they ordered them for me. They tried to locate the noise, but no luck.
I e-mailed GM for assistance and they called my cell within a couple of hours. My dealership called me right after that asking when I was going to return to the dealership!
