WHEN DO YOU GET THE VIN NUMBER, THE DEALER SAID THE TPW WAS 12/08/03. I CALL THEM TODAY AND NO VIN. HE SAID THE VIN WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTILL IT IS MADE. IS THIS FACT OR FICTION???????
