My rear deck lid opens just fine but once open it won't stay propped up the cylinders must be leaking pressure. So I'm looking to replace them.

You need to get with the Ohio SSR group on facebook as they are getting good at working on roofs!!

@grizzleybear is 100% right. Mike at SE makes a quality product that will help you "keep your Permagrin"!!! -

The standard ones from Mike works really well. Takes about 30 minute and a small straight slot screw driver to install. The instructions are perfect. The deck lid will POP!!!!! I do not have a spoiler---

Get a set from Simple Engineering! I had a set of Mikes put on at rally in Ohio, now cargo lid pops open (with a spoiler on it)
