This SSR was just taken on trade by Huber Bannister in Penticton

Selling price has been set at $39995 Canadian. Based on the current exchange rate, that is roughly 30000 US. Keep in mind the exchange rate is a never ending floating number, and could be up or down from that amount in a few minutes.

The truck is very clean. Photos were taken at trade time. Truck had not yet been detailed.

Mileage 69000 km (42875 miles)

This truck has color coded auxiliary gauges, rare hard saddlebags, carpeted trunk with red and woodgrain strips, and even has the extremely rare trunk trim panels if you want to remove the rear lid.

Truck runs great, the roof is fully operational, no cylinder leaks, and the top holds in the partially retracted position with no leakdown.

Cooling fan was replaced with a new GM unit late last fall.

I couldn't see any bruising on the paint. The right rear wheel has a minor curb scrape, and the driver's door panel has minor separation in the usual spot.

Sounds like you work for the dealership. Price will determine intetest level.
I do not work for the dealership. I have been a customer for many years, and they treat me and my vehicles well. They even installed the 4:10 gears.

How about if you leave it up to potential buyers to decide if the price is right. Remember that part of the rules is to not provide an opinion on price unless it is requested. Your opinion is not being requested.

Hey... I didn't offer an opinion. I simply said the price will determine interest. Why do you always have a chip on your shoulder?

Past experience. Hopefully no opinion will be offered.

No selling price established yet - I will post when they have arrived at a selling price

Wow....it's like this truck just arrived from the Factory! I have never ever seen until seeing this pic red and wood trunk trim panels if you want to remove the cover. Thanks for posting Ray! It must be a Canadian Spec'd local truck?

It's a US truck. Speedo is in mph. It was imported into the Vancouver area, and this owner purchased it a couple years ago. First time I have ever seen the trim pieces for the bed.

Keep in mind the exchange rate is a never ending floating number, and could be up or down from that amount in a few minutes. You would need to get a firm number from an exchange specialist, and lock it in for it not to change again. Exporting an SSR to the US is not difficult, but needs to be done through a broker, and because of the locked down border, would likely need to involve a car hauler able to operate in Canada.

Link to TFX - they are able to handle all the border paperwork. I love seeing their big blue and black trucks in my neighborhood, generally shortly after a BJ or R&S auction. Unfortunately, I generally see them headed back towards the highway, instead of on their way to drop off a vehicle.

I can answer some questions if you start a conversation.

I saw 3 vehicles with TFX stickers on their windshields at Barrett-Jackson last weekend 2 to B.C. (one was a yellow flame 06 Supercharged SSR heading to Langley) and 1 to Alberta, there were probably more.

This SSR sold today over the phone. I have no information on the selling price, but I was told it is headed to Alberta. I don't think the dealership will provide a name or destination, but I put a couple of SSR Fanatic cards with my email, phone number and website on them with the truck. Hopefully the new owner will make contact at some point. If he's north of Red Deer, much more likely than if he's from the south part.
