I am running 275/45/19 Atturo AZ800s on the front. A bit taller than 40s but same width. Fit wheel fine, no clearance issues.

Likewise, I'm running those same Atturo P275/45R19 AZ800 tires on the front with custom wheels whose offset is almost identical to the stock rims. The front suspension is all stock, and there are no clearance issues.
