I have a set of running boards that I recently took off of my ‘04. They are in solid shape with all hardware and bolts. There is some paint wear on the outside of the boards but no structural damage. The black padding is in very good shape considering the age of the set. There are few small spots. You can consider new paint or just a touch up. PM if interested
