Anybody know the satin paint color for the Bow Tie bar across front? I want to buy the MPD1 unpainted smoothie grill bar and have it painted. And suggestions on where to get the paint?

I had PPG mix me a pint based on the vehicle code. It is their Shopline Brand, Code 6229. They list it as Tarnished Silver or Machine Silver and it was perfect match for my 03. Just take your SSR to an automotive paint dealer and let them pull the codes and look it up. I assume that paint is the same for all years.

Wheel paint code is 96p, i think its the same for grill spear

Sam, I used WA8867 ultra silver metallic on my grill spear and running boards. It’s a near perfect match also matches the silver wheel paint. Can get it at auto parts stores in Duplicolor rattle can.
