A good tinter can apply a felt material to the seals which will prevent the scratching. Too bad the General left the felt off. You can bet that he has had prenty of bitchin' because of this little goof up!
If I have my way, I will announce to the entire world, how they screwed up, & how they need to be accountable for it, or maybe they would like a "total recall" on all of the SSR's.
