My drivers seat seat back is pulling away from the side of the seat (side closest to the center console). This is only happening on the drivers side, not the passenger side. Anyone else have this problem? And no, I don't weigh 400 lbs!

Yes , I had this happening to both my seats. The sent it out to an uphosltery shop. I knew the owner of the shop. The plastic backs on the seats have tabs and they were broken when the seats were put together from the factory. You have two pieces of material that are sewed together at one point and it is a poor design in trying to get the back on with the thickness of the material you have to deal with at the point of putting it all together. It is better now and was all covered under warranty.

I have a similar problem on the driver's seat too. It keeps coming out from under the side air bag cover on the left side of driver's seat. I push it back in every few days, but will not stay. No problems, as of yet, with passenger seat. Will be taking it to dealer in a couple of weeks for some other minor problems, hope to get this fixed at the same time.
