·I'm very funny about my "mods".
I keep them to a minimum, and only if they look as if they may have come from the factory.
I would only consider them if they fit exactly over the factory body color grills, and matched the factory finish.
Your's look GREAT! on your vehicles that have many modifications, and your paint customizations, are terriffic!
I'm afraid, even though i bought a Slingshot Yellow, with chrome wheels, they are a little much for me.
I've owned three "New" Thunderbirds, and after buying custom floor, and trunk mats, adding "Vogue Whitewall Tyres", a chrome hood scoop, and a dash kit, and a painted pin stripe, I was done!!! I felt as if I'd completed what the factory "Should have"!
I pretty much feel the same way about the SSR.
If you could come up with a few of the things I've just mentioned that I liked on my T-Bird. I would be VERY interested!
Here's what I think SSR owners wouls "EAT UP!"
(1). Custom Floor mats, with leather, or vinyl, edging in the body color of the car.
(2). A "Dash Kit" that either brings more of the muted silver interior color into the car, or one that matches the exterior color of the car.
(3). An "SSR" emblem that would fit perfectly on the "Waterfall" between the seats, and perhaps some that could even be put on the interior door panels, or anywhere the owner wanted.
(4). Additional grills, that would match, and fit, PERFECTLY over the factory ones, with little fuss, done in the factory "Silver" finish, or maybe the "Chevron Gold" as well.
(5). A carpeted bed liner, that would fit over the original, to protect the wood strips, without having to remove them.
(6). A "Bar" similar to show cars, across the tailgate on the "Show Car", in the same "Factory Silver", but one that would fit on the factory tailgate's width, and incorporate the gold "Chevy" bowtie.
I don't know how others feel, but these things would be VERY IMPORTANT to me!

Sam, I agree with all of your mod suggestions, especially the waterfall SSR logo and the carpet in the bed. I have ordered a 3D vinyl graphic for my waterfall that will look similiar to the 1 of 25 logo that the earlier trucks had. I will post pictures when I get it. The rear cross bar would help reduce the up in the air stance of the tailend of the truck.

Tarheel's not the only one excited....
Don't know Axioms' schedule, but maybe, just maybe, I'll get mine by next Friday... as I'm going on a cruise next Sat. Not having trouble sleeping yet, but that will happen as time moves on. :willy:

Hey guys! Its' great to see you all so excited! These pieces are a fantastic match! Thanks to all who pushed for this paint option - It is a great option and well worth it
There's going to be some fresh new smiles on the road this season!!! Definately will stand proud in the line-ups at the events!
