Does anyone have or know where to get smoked or darkend tail light lenses? I have seen some on Vettes. I so want a pair and third brakelight for my balck SSR. I think with tinted windows it would look good.

Those are vinyl stickers that go on the outside of the lens, I bought smoked black spray paint from the local Hobby shop and removed the lens's and sprayed the paint into the hole to color the lens, it took a little while because I have to roll and rotate the lens to get the liquid paint to cover the lens evenly! After a couple of applications it worked nicely! Now it looks darker and way cool on my Black SSR!

That's why you have a brake lite bar in the back!! It still show's bright, it's just dark when your lites are off!!

Yes, you can add more by just spraying layers of this semi clear black spray paint, it's sold at all the hobby shops! When you hit your brake lites it shines as well as any brake lite or when the lites are on. The tint works when the lites are off. When you remove your tailight unit from the inside under the bed (with 2 nuts, just turn the light fixture and it will "pop" out) and spray into the light bulb hole rotating the fixture to get an even flow of paint onto the lens, put a few applications to get it even and darker if you wish. I paid $4.95 for the small spray can.
