Yes I remember Marc, Thanks for that info. But I am a hands on person, need to see it and touch it. want to order it but not before I see them. Then I will have to decide if I want to sell the Hard sided.

Dose anyone know if the new soft bag which goes in the center of the bed has a top, or is it open on top? I cannot tell from the one photo I have seen.

FYI
I just replaced my old type hard side bags with the new soft ones. I like the new soft ones because they are so easy to remove.

Soft Storage Box

This item does not have a top or lid. There are to hard case dividers that use valcro to seperate the three storage areas. The floor of the storage box is hard and there are hard rubber bumper along the bottom to keep it up off the wood strips. I've had mine about 2-3 weeks and it works great. I keep it secured back by the tail gate, for easy access. I would definately recommend it.

Just got mine tonight - will install tomorrow evening. Well made and installations looks pretty easy. Not quite as big as I thought, but sturdier than I thought. Also - I figured there was a carry handle on them when you took them out - not readily apparent so far. Overall - I'm pretty pleased. Will photo when I get them in.

You will find the shoulder carring strap inside each bag. they clip on same place on bag where you fasten in bed of the SSr. :thumbs :flag :seeya
