I don't remember reading this anywhere, and I just found it out today.

After raising the roof back up, you will hear the chime. Do not let go of the button, and the windows will go back up.

Thanks for posting that. I haven't had the time to read all the other posts and may have missed it in the manual. Just today, I raised the roof then had to press the window buttons to raise the windows. That was kind of annoying...but since I was still sitting in my SSR I didn't mind staying there while holding a couple buttons for a few seconds. But, if it does it automatically that's awesome! I'm heading out to the garage to see if works. (I trust you...I just need another reason to get into the car)

If your windows are up with the top down, pressing the "top up" button automatically lowers the windows first.
