SSR Tires-GM to re-design?
I was told thru the dealership that services my SSR that GM is re-designing the SSR tires. My SSR has been in for service three times for vibration problems in the steering column. One tire was found to have a flat spot and was replaced. However, I am still having problems with vibration in the steering column. On the last service visit they told me that they had called GM and that GM is fully aware of the problem. They also told me that GM is re-designing the tires and that there my be a possible re-call in late summer of 2005. Has anyone else heard of this? I hope it's true.
