I know this is an old problem, just wondering if Chevy has come forward witha fix yet. As many of you know, with the top down and the stereo up, the bass makes the drivers door panel rattle like crazy, otherwise is souonds great. Do the 05 door panels address thihs problem?

Oh Daddy,
That's what the vibration is when I have it cranked and the top is down. It sounded like a buzzing sound. I have had the 05 for two months and in Florida the top is always down. I'd be interested in hearing comments for a fix too.

05 Door panel

Joe, as a new owner, you may not be aware that Chevy modified the door panels to make more room beside the seat where the seat controls are. I was hoping that they addressed the speaker problem as well. I'm going to have to have something done before thaking this baby on a long beach run.

I have an '03. I took mine in for the 3,000 mile oil change (about 8 months ago), and I had also mentioned to them about the rattle in the doors....especially the driver door. They said they took it off, put in some more insulation, then re-installed it. It helped for a while, but not a good fix. I like the music up, and it rattles too much. What is the best way to complain to Chevy about this?
