After crawling under the R's left rear looking for a frayed wire bundle, I happened to notice a deteriorated rubber "bellows" outbd. of the of the coil spring. I'm thinking this is what Chevy calls the Spring Rr Aux. p/n 10386222.
Has anyone had to change theirs out? And also, how difficult are they to change?
Thanks,
Dave

Well that's a possibility. But it's not solid rubber which I would think a bump stop would be unless mine has broken up inside this cover.
I guess my next move is to jack up the rear and get a closer look at it. Thanks for responding.

Bump stops or Spring rubber Aux same. Mine rotted away and the are available at dealer. Not hard to install. Pry out with screwdriver and pop new ones in. Probably will never bottom out so you could leave off.
