We got ours

We recieved our calendar today, the pictures are awsome. I am pleased how well the ladies pictures that were in the photo contest came out in the calendar. Keep up the good work.

I too was pleased with the image quality - I was a bit concerned that the 11x17 size would be hard to have 'sharp' images - but they do look nice!

Calendar turned out excellent. It's contestants and the printing workmanship. Nice job to those involved putting it together. Reminds me...time to hang it up.

X-Mas Gift

I gave my husbands best friend Kevin who is also a great friend to me a “Trucks are for Girls Calendar”
He loved it!! He has a pole barn and it’s filled with collectible cars and vettes…..he loved the size of it and will be placing it in the pole barn by his workbench. We also bought him two flamed bar stools that swivel for the pole barn. He said he’ll sit on the stools……… admiring the calendar . :thumbs

Congratulations to all.:yesnod :yesnod

I got my calendars a couple of weeks ago, and was very impressed with them. They turned out great, and now I get to look at gorgeous girls and hot trucks all the time. Maybe if us men are good (and ladies, you can insert your own definations of good), they will do another one for us next year:agree :agree (Its great to agree with yourself).

A very Happy and Prosperous New Year to all. Bless all of you for all the fun and laughter you've given us this past year!

I too love my new 2007 SSR calendar. However, I’m confuse here, why does it say SSR Club? I thought this was a SSR Fanatic Form.
Am I missing something or am I one of those who doesn’t get it.:confused

Well - it does say BOTH Club and fanatics. Steve Hull is the leader of the SSR-Club, and maintains the main SSR-Club web site ( http://www.ssrclub.homestead.com/ssr.html ) - he then has sub pages for various areas. Mine is at: http://ssrclub.homestead.com/Kingsburgpage.html
NO membership fees at the Club and Steve usually has some great giveaways at meets he is at...

SSRfanatic is the web forum site that we all use to communicate on... So - the two pretty much are the same folks...

I just wanted to acknowledge Steve's efforts for maintaining the 'Club' websites too...

2007

2007 Calendar's up at work and is one of the nicest ones we have in the building :thumbs

For the 2008 calendar would it be possible to place the event dates on the calendar? Example WDC is always the third weekend of August, Laughliin is always the same dates....correct? Whada think?

It depends on WHO prints the calendar....

Since time was an issue for the 2007 calendar - and I didn't have the TIME to try to mail the calendars out (or the $$$ to buy a BUNCH in bulk upfront) - I opted for the CafePress route. Unfortunately - they don't offer an option to edit the dates....

MY 2005 calendar - (only a dozen or so printed) - has Chevy/GM historic info AND a bunch of SSR production facts... (First public display - date GM approved production - etc etc etc)...

I have been considering a 'daily' calendar - but, I would need to start that soon for a 2008 calendar! :willy:
