Just heard on Speed Channel that Chevy had give all their drivers at Daytona SSR's to drive during speed week, so if you are in the area and see an SSR, look close at the driver! :cool

I wonder if GM has given them a few of the previous years models to drive (perhaps to get a drivers name on the car or history with it will help it sell. Nascar junkies are nuts about buying things with their favorite drivers name on something)or if they're 05"s? It would be hard to tell just by looking at it.

Last week when I went to UPS in Daytona, I saw about 25 SSR's parked on NASCAR's lot. All colors

I'm off to California Speedway next Thursday - one of my customers invited me to take in all three races in his skybox - oh gee - that was a tough decision. Hopefully the SSRs will be there in great numbers as well - haven't seen anything yet on what will be pacing the races.
