Only if the SSR is continuously on Survivor. Have you noticed that Chrysler is doing a lot of advertizing? Every commercial tends to be a Chrysler commercial. They advertize at sports shows and popular television programs. Every program you watch out pops a Chrysler ad.
This is what Chevy needs to do if they want to sell the SSR. However, I think that they really want it to be a nitch vehicle. They want to sell them but not so many that it looses it's uniqueness. This is not a retro styled work truck like the Dodge Ram. This is the boulevard cruiser and name recognition vehicle for Chevy. Even when they do advertize the SSR they don't say things like "SSR starting only at $$$". Chrysler does this with their Crossfire Roadster and I am starting to see more of those on the road.
I say sell enough to get the SSR name recognized without destroying it's celebrity and rare status.
