If you could be the SSR Product Manager and make ONE "do different" decision or any other product change, what would it be?
Here's mine- As my "Halo" vehicle for the Chevrolet brand, I would be sure that the engineering, design and production teams are aligned to produce the highest quality vehicles in the market place. As a low production vehicle, we would take the time to ensure the lowest defects of any GM brand, and would form a more interactive relationship with the SSR owners to ensure continued satisfaction. If we aren't going to make the money we forecasted, we'll learn what it take to have more satisfied customers.
That said, its a great vehicle and I for one am glad Chevy took the risk to bring it to production. :flag
