I saw a redline-red SSR on the carribean island of ST. John in the US Virgin Islands. Nothing but narrow, winding and steep roads there. I can't think of anywhere on that island you could go much faster than 30mph.

They have car ferrys that run every 30 minutes between St. Thomas and St. John. There's a lot of new construction there so there's even heavy equipment trucking down their roads.

I saw the :ssr SSR on 104 near the elementary school.
