I really can't believe that I just typed those words!!! We just received "the call" from Diablo. A shipment of LS2 Predator programmers will be heading this way today. We were the first distributor to have these on order so we are the first to have them shipped! Programmers will be shipping to customers in the order that their orders were placed with us.

You are very welcome! I thought it was April 1st when I heard that :)

Now we can finally take care of the big pile of orders that have been coming in since the last 1/4 of 2005. Customers have been very patient (on the outside :) ) while they waited for these.

Performance Tune: Designed to add power and torque using premium fuel.
Factory Tune: Designed for users who wants to adjust parameters using the factory tune.

Average power gains are in 10-20 RWHP range in the cars and 20-30 RWHP in the truck line. The Predators additional power makes itself noticeable immediately with an increase in power that starts in the low RPMs and builds into a frenzy at the high RPMs.

A Predator equipped vehicle will notice significant improvements in drivability. The additional power and improved shift patterns created by the Predator tune will yield quicker acceleration, firmer shifts and better mileage, whether it is in town or out on the highway towing an 8,000 lbs trailer.

The power increase in the lower RPMs will yield a better throttle response. The wider power band that the Predator creates will be particularly noticeable in city driving, where speeds constantly change. The mid-to-upper power increase is extremely useful on the highway when passing slower vehicles and to quickly maneuver out of emergency situations.

6) Adjustable Parameters
The Predator features end user adjustable parameters so the end user can customize his/her tune depending on other modifications done to the vehicle. Because we allow for timing and fuel adjustments the end user can optimize the tune for his/hers specific vehicle utilizing a dyno with proper air fuel monitoring and utilizing the Predator's live data feature to monitor timing and other vital parameters.

The main reason I wanted the tuner was to adjust the shift points and firmness. Is it possible that Diablo will "update" this programmer in the future to adjust these?
