Just tried it and it worked well for me. Check All the information in the request. Some of the boxes are pre-loaded and may be defeating your search. Good luck.

Working for me as well
I often throw a VIN in the search window and for whatever reason, possibly due to the length of the search item, the box to the right goes blank
I click on it anyway and the search goes through
