Looking at the picture it looks like the upper grill support is broke also.

Upper grill support, passenger fog lamp and hood. Possibly the apron under the air cleaner too.

The middle grill section looks like it is broke. I think I have a grill if you need one. I don't have the upper support. Is the fog light missing or just the trim? I have a trim.
Your hood is pushed back pretty good it got into the crumple zone of it and while it maybe able to be fixed it will probably be cheaper to replace it then the time to straighten it.

What a bummer. Just FYI a owner here in Middle Tennessee hit a deer or deer hit him with same amount of damage. Farm bureau totaled it. If I remember right I think they gave him $27,000 for it

Condition is “unharmed”, but very dusty. I could send pictures of the silver hood, but it looks just like any other silver hood….. no dents, no dings. Probably will need a good polishing from handling and shipping. I have no real experience in shipping a hood …….. my best guess is between $300 and $400 to crate and ship. Hood prices are astronomical…..the last one I saw change hands here in Phoenix went for $2500 and had to be repainted to match the truck.

I will let you know about the grill, thanks, I’ve found a hood and hope to pick it up next week.

Thanks Mike, I have found a hood that I can drive to and pick up, it’s not a done deal yet so I might use yours as a backup.

I pulled my hood off my truck and drove from St. Louis to Denver with out a hood and picked one up. I got a few stares on that trip.

I think I would like that look. Did no one else do that to their flat head Ford V-8. I loved the look on my '40 Mercury. Maybe you could have your own parts trip.

When I hit Bambi, I got a fiberglass hood from Eric, may he rest in peace. I believe those hoods are available elsewhere from his mold. I got the one with a scoop. I love the look and the body shop said the quality is better than most any fiberglass they had worked with. If you are wanting a stock hood, I think Mike's is a fit. You save enough by not having to paint.

I also got a billet hood cap. Solid aluminum. I think OEM ones were available on line the last time I checked.

The spear I used was also one from Eric also. It goes farther out on each side than the OEM

Isn't you body shop able to source any parts? Is your insurance company paying? I would think some parts should be available from places like CPP.

The "Parts Farm" in Lyons, GA. would be a good option for you. They often have SSR's they are parting out. Good Luck!

It's a darn shame trucks get totalled out with this type of damage. Thankful that you will be saving this one! 🥰

Last time I talked to the Parts Farm they weren't too interested in buying SSR'S anymore.

I have the headlight spear with minor damage. Dropped jumper cable on it and it put a burn about the size of a nickel. Otherwise in good shape. Includes Gold Chevy emblem. Missing one clip to hold it on the car.
