No, they are there. Often they are on top of the frame or on the inside and very well taped up. Ususally a very flat bundle so you reallly have to work to find them. Sometimes they are nearly above the axle. Try running your hand alont the top of the frame and when you find some tape see if it seems to build in thickness. That is likely to be the wires. When you find them cut carefully so you do not cut the wires. Good luck.Did they change this for 2005 as I don't see them

The OEM Hitch height is not adjustable, while the replacement hitch can be selected based on offset. This will level out the draw bar.
Our experience is that the stock rear suspension in our view, towing 2000lbs, is too soft especially when the tongue weight is increased.
