The OEM Hitch height is not adjustable, while the replacement hitch can be selected based on offset. This will level out the draw bar.

Our experience is that the stock rear suspension in our view, towing 2000lbs, is too soft especially when the tongue weight is increased.

I thought, not sure, but tongue weight not to exceed 10% of Towing weight, 2500lbs.

I would think the adjustable tow hitch would allow you to move some weight off the hitch and back onto the trailer. Thus meeting the 10% tongue weight.
